The QB1 threaded single-port exhaust valve is a barrel-shaped valve body, and its internal structure mainly consists of a stainless steel floating ball. This valve is divided into two types of exhaust valves: threaded and flanged. QB1 type is suitable for pipelines with working temperature ≤80℃, as a device for removing gas in the pipeline.
The working principle of QB1 single-port exhaust (inlet) valve
When the pipe starts to fill with water, the floating ball will slowly float upwards, at this time the valve has been exhausted. When a certain pressure is reached, the floating ball is tightly against the rubber ring, indicating that all air has been exhausted from the exhaust nozzle.
