Z41H, Z41Y, Z41W stainless steel gate valve: manual, flange connection, rising stem wedge type rigid single gate valve, valve seat sealing surface material is stainless steel, nominal pressure is PN16 ~ pn200, valve body material is stainless steel gate valve.

Z41W, Z41Y and Z41H stainless steel gate valves have compact structure, reasonable design, good rigidity, smooth passage and small flow resistance coefficient. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and cemented carbide, with long service life, flexible graphite packing, reliable sealing and light and flexible operation.

② The sealing pairs are advanced and reasonable, and the sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are overlaid with cemented carbide with different hardness. ③ After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Application:

It is applied to the pipelines of various systems of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power plants with working pressure of 1.6Mpa ~ 20.0Mpa and working temperature of - 29 ℃ ~ 200 ℃. The applicable media are nitric acid, acetic acid, water, oil, gas and some corrosive liquids.
