Main working principle:
The internal thread gate valve belongs to the forced sealing valve, so the pressure must be applied to the disc to prevent leakage on the forced sealing surface.
Its closing principle is to rely on the pressure of the valve rod to make the sealing surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat closely fit to prevent the flow of medium. The valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the fluid. In the closed position, the valve body is pressed tightly on the valve seat by the mechanical pressure of the valve stem. When the handwheel is turned anticlockwise, the valve stem moves in the opposite direction, and the valve disc is detached from the valve seat. The stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the stem to make the disc rotate frictionlessly. Until it reaches the full open position, the stem is raised to the limit position, and the disc is rotated to the full open position. Rotate the handwheel clockwise, and the valve stem begins to drop, so that the valve disc is tightly pressed on the valve seat to achieve complete sealing.
