The Decisive Method For Lax Closure Of Antibiotic Valves

Jun 27, 2024

1. Rust on valve stem threads
For electric three-way ball valves that are usually in the open state, when accidentally closed, the valve stem thread may have rusted, and it may not close tightly.
2. The sealing surface of the antibiotic valve is damaged
For situations where the switch cannot be closed tightly after multiple attempts, it means that the sealing surface is damaged and should be reported for repair; Or if corrosion or particle scratches in the medium damage the sealing surface, it should also be reported for repair.
3. Impurities jamming the sealing surface of the electric valve
Sometimes the electric valve suddenly cannot be closed tightly, which may be due to impurities sticking between the sealing surfaces of the electric valve. At this time, force should not be used to close it forcefully. The electric valve should be slightly opened larger, and then tried again and again to keep the quality of the medium clean.
4. Poor connection between valve stem and valve disc
Regularly add lubricating oil to the valve stem and valve stem nut of the antibiotic valve to ensure the flexible opening and closing of the electric valve. A formal maintenance plan should be in place.
When the antibiotic valve is not tightly closed, it is generally due to the above reasons. If these problems occur, we can all analyze and solve them according to the specific reasons mentioned above.
