Product Description:

1. J41H flange globe valve is suitable for pn1.6 ~ 16MPa nominal pressure,

2. Working temperature: - 29 ～ 550 ℃

3. It is used to cut off or connect pipeline medium in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry and other working conditions.

4. The driving modes are manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.

Structural characteristics of J41H flange globe valve

1) The material selection is reasonable, the structure is beautiful and in line with the relevant standards at home and abroad.

2) The sealing surfaces of valve disc and valve seat are overlaid with iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide, with good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and long service life.

3) The valve stem has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment.

4) All kinds of piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.

5) The valve body has a wide range of materials, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user's requirements, which can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.

6) The inverted seal is made of thread connection seal seat or body overlaid with austenitic stainless steel. The seal is reliable, and the replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping the machine. It is convenient and fast, and does not affect the operation of the system.
