1.What is the installation procedure of 3-piece ball valve?

Before the installation of ball valve: clear the oil, welding slag and all other impurities in the pipeline, check the mark of ball valve, and find out that the ball valve is intact.

(1) Install the valve into the line. Any end of the valve can be installed at the upstream end. The valve driven by handle can be installed at any position on the pipeline. However, ball valves with gearboxes or pneumatic actuators shall be installed vertically, i.e. on horizontal pipes, with the driving device above the pipes.

(2) Install gasket between valve flange and pipeline flange according to pipeline design requirements.

(3) The bolts on the flange shall be tightened symmetrically and step by step.

(4) Connect pneumatic pipeline (when pneumatic driver is used).

(5)Finally, confirm its feasibility.
