Features of electric flange butterfly valve

3. When the electric flange butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop through the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics.

4. The electric flange butterfly valve has two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal.

5. For elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached around the butterfly plate.

6. The service life of the valve with metal seal is generally longer than that with elastic seal, but it is difficult to achieve complete seal.

7. The metal seal can adapt to higher working temperature, while the elastic seal is limited by temperature.
