Product Description:
the driving mode of fixed ball valve is worm gear transmission, manual, pneumatic or electric. Fixed ball valve is generally connected by flange or butt welding.
Features：
1. Small size and light weight.
2. Simple structure and quick opening and closing.
3. It has good regulating and sealing performance, and can realize flow control by stages with excellent regulating performance.
4. The fluid resistance and operating torque are small.
5. The number of opening and closing tests can reach tens of thousands of times, and the service life is long.
6. The sealing parts can be replaced, the sealing is reliable, the bidirectional sealing is achieved, and the gas test leakage is zero.
7. The sealing material is resistant to aging and corrosion, and can be used in a variety of media.
8. The manual part can use steel plate pressed handle or stainless steel casting handle. The handle is equipped with a limit structure, and the limit is set at the opening and closing position of the valve. When the valve is used on the key device, the lock hole is set on the limit block to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle has obvious on and off marks.
Application: it is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials are selected. It can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy and other industries.
