On the first anniversary of the release of "Made in China 2025", China Power Media Co., Ltd., together with Hebei Hongrun Nuclear Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., Hefei Wanhua Motor Technology Development Co., Ltd., etc., held a symposium on promoting the localization of some auxiliary equipment for thermal power plants in Beijing , From the National Development and Reform Commission, relevant industry associations (learning) associations, and relevant users in charge had a face-to-face exchange on the problems encountered in the localization of thermal power auxiliary machines.
With the deepening of large-scale and cleaner trends, 600,000 kilowatts and 1 million kilowatts ultra- (super) critical units have become my country's main thermal power units. At present, the parameters, performance and output of my country's thermal power units have occupied the first place in the world.
The three main engines of boilers, steam turbines and generators have been fully capable of independent design and manufacture, but the four major pipelines, high-end valves, boiler water circulation pumps, and other auxiliary equipment and materials known as the "last mile" of thermal power technology localization have always been bottlenecks. , Reliance on imports not only makes the construction of power stations subject to others, but also greatly increases the cost of power construction.
In recent years, in order to promote the localization of the four major pipelines, the National Energy Administration has held a meeting on the localization of the four major pipelines for ultra (super) critical thermal power units, and organized related companies to conduct joint research and development on the key valves and four major pipelines of ultra (super) critical thermal power units. .
According to the tasks for the localization of the four major pipelines, the National Energy Administration formulated the "Implementation Plan for the Localization of Large-caliber Thick-Walled Seamless Steel Pipes for Ultra (Super) Critical Thermal Power Units" to further strengthen the organization and coordination of the construction of projects that rely on localization.
"Relevant national policies clearly require that in the next step of the construction of coal power base supporting coal power projects, we must fully support localization, especially the four major pipelines and key pump valves." The relevant person in charge of the Energy Bureau said.
This is consistent with the development goals put forward by "Made in China 2025".
The reporter learned that "Made in China 2025" has a more specific expression of breakthroughs in key components and key materials. “By 2020, 40% of core basic components and key basic materials will be independently guaranteed, and the situation of being restricted by people will gradually ease. The core basic components (components) and key basic materials that are urgently needed by industries such as power generation and transmission and transformation equipment are advanced manufacturing. The process has been promoted and applied. By 2025, 70% of core basic components and key basic materials will be independently guaranteed."
The achievement of the above goals cannot be achieved without the joint efforts of all sectors of government, industry, university, research and application. The current thermal power construction demonstration projects have two directions, one is the construction of higher-parameter thermal power units, and the other is the construction of fully localized thermal power plants.
It is understood that a few days ago, the National Energy Administration also specifically approved a fully localized thermal power construction project. This is regarded by industry experts as a major move by my country in promoting the localization of thermal power auxiliary equipment.
Hongrun used the world's largest vertical extruder (50,000 tons) in conjunction with Baosteel Special Steel to produce high-end P92 large-diameter seamless steel pipes that passed expert appraisal, marking that the dependence on imports of thermal power P92 steel pipes will be gradually broken. "To break the current situation where approximately 90% of the P92 steel is imported for thermal power plants, the core issue is to solve the problem of thermal power plant construction owners' perception of domestically-made equipment." said Hongrun Chairman Liu Chunhai.
Boiler water circulation pump is known as the "fourth main engine" of thermal power plant. Generally speaking, thermal power plants are the "three main engines". The use of the term "fourth main engine" to locate boiler water circulation pumps shows its importance in thermal power enterprises. "Our boiler water circulation pump market share is only about 1%, which does not match our manufacturing capacity." said Yao Chongquan, chairman of Hefei Wanhua Motor Technology Development Co., Ltd.
Wanhua Motor is the first in my country and the third in the world to independently design and manufacture boiler water circulating pumps to meet the needs of subcritical, supercritical and ultra-supercritical large-scale generator sets. For more than 10 years, the boiler water circulating pumps produced by the company have been operating normally.
Experts believe that although my country has achieved breakthroughs in the development of thermal power auxiliary equipment, due to various factors such as usage habits and user prejudices, there is still a long way to go to promote localization, which requires joint promotion by all parties, especially Need to work hard on the top-level design. The industry believes that the in-depth discussion of the status quo and existing problems of the localization of thermal power equipment through experts will provide intellectual support for the promotion of my country’s four major pipelines and boiler water pumps for localization.
